When I became a fitness coach, it was never about just building meal plans or creating fitness programs...
I got into this to help people feel better in their bodies — to actually coach.
But somewhere along the way, I became a full-time resource creator, not a coach.
I was spending 6–8 hours a week cobbling together training & nutrition PDFs, answering the same questions over and over again, and trying to make my guides look halfway decent.
